As designers, builders, artists, entrepreneurs and proponents  of the concepts entailed with the notion of community, the Talk by Design Collaborative specializes in sustainable design and green building. For both New Construction and existing building Retrofits, we implement various eco-friendly design-build strategies for longevity, efficiency and adaptability to the environment and the changing market.  By incorporating alternative and renewable energies and utilizing vernacular materials and sustainable design strategies, each project poses an opportunity for low environmental impact, energy savings and sustainably derived space and "place" for homes, downtowns, potential sites  and existing buildings.
